I’M MIRJAM STEINER
I’m a Meditation Coach and Wellbeing Mentor. By integrating therapeutically applied meditation, NLP (neurolinguistics programming) and yogic wisdom and philosophy I’m empowering people like you to unlock their true potential and live authentically from the inside out.
WHY I’M HERE
I believe that when we trust and empower the part of us that holds all that we want to truly call into life, we can uncover the voice of our innate, yearning heart and unlock our potential to live fully, expansively, and authentically.
I’m here to support you in identifying and embracing the fear that might hold you back from stepping into your power AND in encouraging the part of you that holds the potential to live fully.
The work I’m sharing aims to attune you to your innate gifts and unearth your true potential so that you can live a life that is uninhibited, fully unleashed, expansive and most importantly: authentically YOUR OWN.

how I got here…
When I was young I had an unwavering trust in life working out for me, a solid moral landscape, strong beliefs and values. Expressing them passionately didn’t always make me friends. This meant that I started to keep my thoughts to myself more, loosening the grip around my values and opinions and became more of a little flag in the wind, changing my internal direction based on my surroundings.
During this time of lack of direction I met yoga. It wasn’t love at first sight. But I needed what was coming so naturally I stayed with it. And yoga brought the fire back!
My first yoga teacher training in Bali opened the door to a new world for me. It shook me in a way that made a lot of old pieces fall out of place, they no longer fitted with the new world view that Yoga provided, a view that felt so right, so timely. It required letting go of a lot of ‘old’ to make space and integrate the new. The best first step I’ve ever taken!
It was like a recalibration of my inner sense of direction. This is when the needle of my compass started to point more inwards than outside of me.
As humans we all look for a greater meaning, for connection, for self acceptance. They are big topics with big questions. Yoga was my catalyst for truly taking the time to begin to answer the questions that arose for me. It stoked my curiosity and hunger to learn more about how we as humans function and why, and it continues to feeds my fascination with what makes me me and you you. Which has led me here, to share the best of what I’m learning. As I continue to sit in the seat of the student I pass on the practices and techniques that have so fundamentally enriched my life by challenging who I think I am and continuously expanding the capacity to take life in, making it more rich, more joyous, more free.
