A THREE MONTH MEDITATION JOURNEY

MEDITATION TRAINING FOR LIVING FROM THE INSIDE OUT

You know that your mind is powerful. You know that the mind can support you in creating what you truly desire. You are also familiar with the feeling of being subject to the mind, in the moments when the mind overrules the voice that speaks from deep within, convincing you to make the rational choice. You feel like it is time to stop seeing the mind as an opponent and truly make it your ally, you just don’t know how… at least not yet.

The intention of this course is to brighten the light within and start living from the inside out.

We become what we think, for better or worse. As Judson Brewer says: Our thoughts become words, our words become actions, our actions become habits and our habits build character. A lot of what we are starts with the way we think. Our mind means well, it means to protect us. But some of the protection it is offering might no longer be serving us the way it might have once done.

Through mindfulness we learn to approach our thinking mind with more awareness
and literally start to rewire ourselves.

What if we realised that a lot of the mind’s contents are stories that we create, based on our worldview? That the mind creates a picture of perceived truth for us? What if we could differentiate more clearly between inner truth and outer story?
And what if you could make our mind work for and with you rather than be working for your mind?

Living from the inside out

External circumstances are often perceived as the reason for how we feel internally. The thing is, WE are indeed the cause of how we experience life. Our reactions towards external circumstances have little to do with the circumstance itself rather than with the way we perceive the world.


Therefore we don’t see the world as it is, but we see it as we are.


It is so easy to let conditions dictate the way we feel. Through strengthening the inner circle, through allowing your inner light to shine, you let your inner circle create the outer circle rather than the other way around.

These practices teach us to live in a way that lets the heart shine bright from the inside out so that what YOU are, can become embodied through you.

AS YOU EMBARK ON THIS 3 MONTH JOURNEY,
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL FIND INSIDE THE COURSE

  • 12 sessions live online 60-75min each
    The sessions will be divided into three modules
    - Preparation (theory and practice to soothe the nervous system)
    - Deconstruction (theory and practice for present moment awareness and the deconstruction of limiting belief systems)
    - Reconstruction (theory and practice to create new neurological pathways for more embodied living)

  • Recordings of the sessions will be provided
    Each session will be recorded and can be downloaded up to a week after the live event

  • Course manual 
    You will have access to the course notes, which you can access online

  • Recorded meditation and pranayama practices 
    The relevant practices for each sessions will be shared with you as a recording

  • Additional Material
    Selection of daily practices, research studies, yoga philosophy, mindfulness exercises, relevant book recommendations

  • WhatsApp group support throughout the course 
    You will have access to a WhatsApp group, which will be active throughout the course and one month after the course
