1. Life is a constant whirlwind. Your schedule is packed, the to-do list keeps growing, and no matter how hard you try, it feels like you’re always playing catch-up, as if you’re chasing your own tail.

2. Maybe life isn’t moving so fast on the outside. You’re not overly busy, but your mind won’t stop racing—thoughts loop endlessly about what you should be doing. You keep wondering why you’re not focusing on what matters, binging Netflix or baking banana bread instead of tackling what you set out to accomplish.

Do either of these sound familiar? Or maybe a combination of both? If so, know that you are not alone. Today’s fast-paced world has a way of pulling us into its rhythm, leaving us feeling rushed whether we’re busy or not.

The antidote to this mad pace? Stillness!

Stillness is the soothing balm for our overthinking and overwhelmed mind, it’s the healing source for our wired and overstimulated nervous system.

The world has never moved as fast as it is moving today. That means there is no better time to start reconnecting to stillness so that you can fully savour life in all of its beauty rather than watching it pass by as you are trying to catch up. 

Stillness is not meant to be a luxury. It is your birth right. It is inherently part of you. Like an inner oasis  waiting to hold all of you so that you can rebalance body, mind and soul. An inner sanctuary that you always have access to, you just have to take the time to do so and make it a priority. Once stillness becomes your baseline, life will shift dramatically.

  • 4x 75 min live Zoom sessions

FAQs


Do I need any experience in meditation?

All you need is curiosity. This is a foundation course and everyone is welcome. This is not to say that you won’t walk away with an epic bag of tools;)

Can I split my payment?
Yes you can pay CHF 64 before week 1 and CHF 64 before week 3 of the course 

Will the sessions be recorded if I cannot make it?
Yes, you will receive a zoom link to the recorded sessions each week. 

What will I learn? 
You will learn step by step how to build a sustainable and simple meditation practice how to keep it consistent and how meditation can benefit you.
