You know that the body has a lot of valid information to share with you. You know that when you are attuned to the body, life is fuller, your mind is clearer, your body is happier, you are more present.

You want to further nourish this relationship, because you also have a sense that you don’t feel as good as you could, you don’t exactly know why, but you just know that the relationship with the body could be better.
That you could FEEL better.

If this is you, let’s go on a journey. You will learn how to better understand your body, how to relate to it more intuitively and how to put your finger on what this sense of dis-ease is. You will acquire a tool set that allows you to identify what your body and nervous system need and how to attend to those needs on a daily basis.


When you think about it,
a lot of conversations you have, are probably (not in a crazy way) with yourself and more specifically with your body.

You already know that leaning in to a conversation with your body can seem daunting, because you know that you will meet layers that you have not yet pulled back and you are not sure what they will uncover.

You also know that you cannot keep the unexpressed under wraps if you want to understand yourself more fully.

Yoga provides an incredible set of tools that helps you to move out of the overly analytic mind, into the body and strengthens your capacity to stay calm and centred in the face of stress or fear.

…dive into the science of Ayurveda, through which you will learn your individual mind-body constitution and how to tend to it

…explore the practices of Pranayama (controlled breath) and how they can help you to regulate your nervous system

…learn about yogic systems that tangibly support you in managing your energy within and outside of you

… use the lens of neuroscientific research to support the how and why of the traditional practices

The purpose of this course is for you to establish a connection with your body that will create the basis for:

  • a loving and open relationship with your emotions

  • contentment in body and mind

  • a soothed, clear mind

  • ability for discernment and decision making

  • connection to your intuition

  • a kind internal and external voice

Hi, I’m Mirjam

I am wholeheartedly fascinated by what makes you You. What makes you feel good, how do you use your negative emotions and what can you learn from the challenges that life ‘gifts’ to you?
I’m passionate about meditation, traditional yogic concepts, their philosophies and practices and the tools they provide, for us to live well. For us to feel more alive more of the time.
My intention of sharing these with you is so that you can use the same tools and practices, learn about rich, ancient philosophies and modern neuroscience and create a life that is joyful, peaceful, meaningful and connected; so that you can open up to the full experience of life.

You will notice that as your body becomes more soft and more open and is being listened to, there is an intelligence that starts to poke its head up, from underneath the surface. With this vitality and clarity you can then intentionally decide where you will put this newly discovered energy, in alignment with YOU!
