In this 6-week course, we will explore breathwork from both a scientific and yogic perspective—diving into the physiology behind your breath while also experiencing ancient pranayama techniques. Learn how different breathing patterns influence your body and mind, and walk away with tools to create lasting inner balance.

Have you ever noticed that when someone says, “Take a deep breath,” all they’re really doing is bringing your awareness to something that’s already happening naturally?
Breathing is automatic—your body does it for you, every moment of every day, keeping you alive, fueling your cells, and circulating oxygen. Yet, because it happens without effort, we rarely pay attention to it.
Pause for a moment and ask yourself: How often during the day do you actively notice your breath? Probably not very often. And yet, simply placing awareness on the breath and starting to shape it consciously holds immense power.
Your breath is one of the most accessible and effective tools you have—completely free and always available—to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By consciously working with your breath, you can impact your nervous system, calm anxiety, increase focus, and even shift your emotional state in real time.
